So why call Wellington - "Wellywood"

It isn't that hard to design a sign that is for the Wellington people of all ages.
So I thought I'd try, so here it is.

"You know that when we won the oscars for Lord of the Rings, the Wellywood
sign would have been more appropriate then, on a temporary measure. As that
moment has now passed, I suggest that perhaps look at a 'Wellington' sign that
lights up with the wind to complement the other wind sculptures along Cobham Dr
or is solar/wind powered. Wellington is not a pretentious city like 'Hollywood'.
